Could it be possible the invoice (pdf) attachment on each entry could be integrate in SAGE and not in a separate file. So when we are on the cloud - everyone working on Sage - from everywhere could have access to the Invoice attached !!

It will make it relevant and it can be cross-referenced by email to pull up the vendor's document. The Sage auto numbering for suppliers is irrelevant.
