We currently have 6,337 jobcost codes set up, 2,438 of which are inactive, and the balance of 3,899 are in use. We delete the inactive ones after 2 years. Due to the large volume of codes we use, it would be helpful to:
A) Be able to inactivate or delete codes without having to go into Single-User. It would also be handy to have a "Mass" change or delete option available rather than having to update each code individually.
B) Be able to expand the Job Site Allocation by Hours screen when entering paycheques
C) In the Paycheque allocation screen, have the code auto-populate once characters are entered to be more intuitive, similar to entering the cost codes in Payables.
