It would be very helpful to have the ability to update employee statuses in bulk within Sage HR.
For example, when changing payroll periods, we may need to mark a large number of employees as terminated in order to generate Records of Employment (ROEs). Currently, this must be done one employee at a time, which is time-consuming.
A bulk update feature that allows administrators to change the status of multiple employees at once and apply the same termination reason, such as "Payroll Period Change," would greatly improve efficiency and help organizations generate ROEs more quickly.
