If I receive a claim from a customer from a previous year for example and the customer references ONLY their PO number, how do I search to find in SAGE.
It's so frustrating, I have to manually look through paperwork. Why isn't there an option to search by CUSTOMER PO number.

Type the customer PO in the Ship to address box of any sales order and you will be able to find it.
