I need to take credit card payments from customers in Cdn and US dollars. The Cdn side works fine. But for payments from US$ cards, I have to go outside and use the Moneris gateway to take a payment, then come back to Sage to process it. And even that's difficult to cut an invoice for a client that's paid in US$ as I am forced to set up some fake account to invoice the customer. I'm not sure why I can set up a US merchant account and designate a customer as using US dollars, but I can't get paid with a US credit card.
