It would be very helpful if there was an auto-purge of old employee cards in the desktop version of Sage 50.
At least we've figured out how to identify old employee cards using the Employee List report and filtering by Termination Date but it would be nice if this function could be run automatically, similar to the purge payroll records in the Maintenance area.
