It would be great if when you are using Sage 50 to email direct deposit slips if there could be a option to have them password protected so that when the employee opens the document, they will need to type the password to be allowed access to see it. This would help prevent fraud and protect the employees privacy. There should be a spot to enter a password under the direct deposit tab in the employee file that links to that employees pay stub when emailed out.
