It's time consuming to print a statement, then scan it to e-mail it to the customer just because Sage is unable to e-mail because the e-mail address saved is not valid (ie. too long, more than one name). Also, you should have the option to e-mail to any e-mail address without updating what is saved on the customer's file.

It would be a good idea to be able to register more than one email for the same customer or supplier. In my practice of over 15 years I use at least 2 email addresses for sending to certain contacts.
