I would like ability to reorder income and deductions as our company grows. The fields are static and renaming them obviously does not work in YTD, the new name is applied to YTD's. We would like the ability to add new incomes by inserting rows or moving rows in the settings so that YTD stays with the name field. thank you for the consideration.

I like your idea. The limitations on income and deduction types, and the inability to reorder / edit etc. incomes midyear, is a big reason why I recommend switching to Paydirt for payrolls as businesses get larger and more complicated. Paydirt from Qlab (a Vancouver company) is extremely customizable, and creates journal entries for import back into Sage 50. [Note: I am not a Qlab employee, just a long-time happy customer.]
