As Sage continues to to monitize all these add-on services you do not care about the stable operation of the base software. We rely on the accuracy and stability of this software to run our business. It is getting worse every year. Over the past couple of years I have had 3 instances where Sage did not maintain my shared file data and hours needed to be spent correcting and recoving JE's from several copies. TERRIBLE customer support. The Tech support call in stating that there is a High Volume of Calls, please try again later is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!!! There should be a auto return call or more support when you know you are release JUNK to the market. I have been telling eveyone NOT to commit to Sage if they are starting a new business.
