In Job Site settings, Payroll Transactions can be allocated in payroll module by either hours, amount or percentages; we can only choose one or the other. Realistically some reimbursements such travel or meal allowance need to be fully allocated to 1 or 2 specific jobs that may differ from the the hourly allocation. We need a way to allocate payroll hours by the hours and a way allocate reimbursements or other income by an amount at the same time.
For example an employee worked 50% of their time at Job A and the other 50% at Job B. The travel meals they are reimbursed on this paycheque are only for Job A. If you choose allocation by hours or percentages, the system will automatically allocate 50% of the travel meal to Job A and 50% to Job B instead of having the option to allocate 100% to Job A.
