Make it possible to add documents to an item (eg attaching PDF of vendor invoice to invoice record in Sage) after the fact - without the need to 'edit' and 'repost' the item.

Currently, attached documents have to be attached at the same time as the transaction is entered. This means slowing everything down during the initial data entry - we would prefer the option of first getting all the bills entered and paid, and then going back when we have a bit of time and doing the electronic equivalent of filing.
