Often a client or vendor name may be 1st entered misspelled or partially incorrect such as McDonald/MacDonald or Bill & Joan Smith in stead of Joan Smith Or Jason Burns Supply Co instead of Burns Supplies. This would make finding clients/vendors that are already in the system easier and faster.
