Please, in the "Settings / Payroll" add a new menu that would allow users to determine what the default values would be when creating a new employee.
Exemple, every new employee created would require the exact same "Tax table", the same "Pay periods per year", etc. Having those fields' default values customizable would same a lot of time and a lot of miskate opportunities.
Every business will want, and need, different default values, so having the hability to set a personalized default value for every fields would be great.
