Payroll - User-Defined Expenses- Automate define expense calculation based on total number of hours

Currently sage does not have a feature that allows calculation of pension benefit based on hours. (This is a requirement when dealing with union payroll)

Would be great if Sage introduces a feature that automatically calculates the pension contribution once I enter the number of hours into the system.

This feature is already available for deductions. Where I only enter the number of hours worked, and then the deduction for the period is automatically calculated.
