Be able to have an inventory cycle count in system, where you can freeze your inventory , print off count sheets, and then enter the correct quantity within the same screen , once done, it can go to a summary page to double check your entries (allowing you to go back if something was miss or entered wrong. Then Submit the changes and have all your inventory update at the same time (instead of having to do every item individually in inventory adjustments where you have to manually enter everything (including the part number) . Then Having a report that will print your inventory variance . This should also be an inventory count that can be edited/ saved for later to finish/ etc before submitting the final numbers at the end of the count. This would help save time from having to manually enter every number at a time and adjusting. (could discuss it further if needed- I've dealt with numerous inventory systems over the years)
