Someone's computer accidently shuts down and they are in Sage, when computer is restarted they cannot get into Sage as it believes the person is already in Sage. They have to wait until the system kicks them out which can take a few hours. Being able to evict them from Sage would save alot of headache and down time.

Additionally, being able to do this without having to be in single user would be great (have one person that can be asigned this responsibility with their login)
