I use Sage in different locations from a laptop. I would like to be able to select the printer for each report when I print it, rather than have to change the default every time I need to print to a different printer.

PLEASE Consider putting ALL the print options under the printer icon. I have to save some invoices to PDF to email seperately with other documents, and some clients I email. They are already set up for th preference but I still have to change settings.
Also to add a PDF export option so that we can use these reports without printing or to be able to email them using our exising email programs.
Agreed. I wish that the printer options were all in the printer icon, and could choose from there. I often need to print to PDF and find it painfully slow to have to change my default all the time.
There is a fairly easy way to do this already. I would just like a quick dropdown menu when you click "print" to select the printer from a list.
